Chilaquiles
Chilaquiles, a traditional Mexican dish served for breakfast or brunch at Talavera Mexican Coffee Shop, consists of lightly fried corn tortillas topped with either a green or red sauce. It is garnished with cream, crumbled cheese, onions, avocado slices, parsley, and a sunny-side-up egg. Customers have the option to add an egg for an additional $2, or chicken or chorizo for $4.
