Enjoyed happy hour at Harbour Oyster + Bar. Fresh oysters, great food, friendly service, and relaxing beach-like atmosphere on Commercial Drive. Impressive clams and mussels in various sauces, good pasta. Excellent happy hour with wine, oysters, and mussels in wine broth. Must-try butter toast for dipping.
